Students can prepare, practise, ask questions and receive feedback between sessions. Teachers can organise their teaching and see work that needs attention. Verified parents can follow their own learner’s progress, and the academy owner can manage access and support.
For students
Access subject materials, submit assignments, see marks and teacher feedback, book available lessons, request time changes, and chat with eligible teachers and classmates. Find past papers, make a private study plan, and take diagnostic and practice quizzes.
For teachers
Publish learning resources and assignments, review submitted work, share feedback, record actual attendance, publish availability, organise subject chat channels, add papers and memoranda, and create topic-based quizzes with learner check-ins.
For verified parents
Use your own invited email to accept an academy-approved learner link. View that learner’s marks, feedback, attendance and upcoming lesson times, then download or print a progress report. Each completed paid month also gets a progress snapshot, with optional monthly parent emails.
For the academy owner
Approve teacher and parent access, review payment and activation status, respond to support requests, handle reported messages and maintain private backups.
A clear start for every account.
Students complete registration and the R150 once-off PayFast registration fee. After account activation, students pay monthly tuition through PayFast. Learning access follows the verified paid month. Teachers join by invitation. Students use their personal email and supply separate parent contact details. After registration payment, the academy reviews the parent’s authority and sends an invitation. Parent progress access needs owner approval, verified email sign-in and the parent’s acceptance; it has no separate registration charge.
Membership includes regular academy classes, the learning workspace and a personal private-support plan. More than eight one-to-one sessions can be arranged. The tutor proposes your allowance and duration for each subject; you confirm it before monthly payment. Advance 2027 learning begins on the start date shown in your portal, no earlier than 1 January 2027 for new advance registrations. Monthly tuition per subject: Grade 10 R1,800, Grade 11 R2,000 and Grade 12 R2,500. Two or more subjects receive 20% off the full monthly tuition total. The R150 registration fee is separate.
Lesson times are shown in SAST. Your teacher supplies a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams joining link through the student portal. Learning resource uploads can be up to 500 MB; homework uploads can be up to 100 MB. Low-data mode skips web-font downloads and stops background portal refreshes. Files download only when chosen; refresh chat manually while low-data mode is on. Study plans and quiz results are saved to your academy account. Foundation quizzes guide revision and do not count as formal assessment marks.
Parent reports provide read-only educational information. They do not open private conversations, other learners’ records, payment details or uploaded student work.
