Registration and account access
The R150 ZAR once-off registration fee is separate from monthly tuition. Membership includes regular academy classes and a personal private-support plan. More than eight one-to-one sessions may be arranged, with the number per subject and maximum session duration proposed by the tutor and confirmed by the student before monthly payment. The purchased monthly invoice stores that agreement; later proposals do not change already-paid months. Booked and completed private sessions count in the paid month containing their start time; cancellations release a place. Unused allowance does not carry forward. Advance 2027 registrations are open. New first-month tuition payments made before 1 January 2027 reserve a month beginning no earlier than 1 January 2027; the start date is shown before checkout. Grade 10 tuition is R1,800 per subject per month, Grade 11 R2,000 and Grade 12 R2,500. Selecting two or more subjects gives 20% off the full monthly tuition subtotal. Monthly payments are made through PayFast; each verified payment provides one calendar month of access. Early renewals extend the existing paid period. Subject changes saved before a new payment apply to that invoice’s paid period; they do not change current or already-paid months. The illustrative R450 session comparison is supplied by the academy and is not a claim about the market-wide average. Learning access pauses when the paid period ends, while sign-in remains available for renewal. This checkout does not set up automatic monthly deductions. Tertiary enrolment is not currently offered. Paid students receive learning access after PayFast payment verification and account activation. Teachers join through an academy invitation. Parents receive separate read-only progress access through approved and accepted learner links; parent access has no separate registration charge. The verified owner has payment-exempt access for administration and testing.
Lesson arrangements
Confirm lesson fees, format, teacher availability and any package terms directly with the academy. Available slots and teacher-approved requests are shown in SAST. Video sessions use the meeting provider linked by the teacher. The website does not promise a particular mark, exam result or admission outcome.
Your account
Use accurate details and keep your credentials private. Do not share paid access or impersonate another user. Where a learner is a child, an appropriate parent or guardian must be involved in the arrangement.
Learning materials
Use academy and teacher materials for your own authorised learning. Do not redistribute copyrighted materials, publish classmates’ work, or upload material you do not have permission to use. Teachers remain responsible for the suitability of the materials and links they share.
Respectful participation
Follow the community rules in messages, channels and live lessons. The academy may pause access while investigating abuse or a security issue. Contact the academy to query an account restriction.
Changes, concerns and rights
Read the cancellation policy before changing a lesson. Contact the academy about service concerns, payment disputes or refunds. These terms do not remove rights that apply under South African law. Material commercial arrangements must be confirmed with the academy before payment.
