Keep it respectful
Ask questions, share helpful explanations and support your classmates. Harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual content, bullying and repeated unwanted contact are not acceptable.
Protect personal information
Do not post passwords, sign-in codes, home addresses, identity documents or banking details. Do not share another learner’s photos, messages, recordings, work or contact details without appropriate permission.
Use the right audience
Direct messages are for academy contacts. Subject channels are for eligible learners and teachers in the listed subject and grade. Keep discussion relevant and avoid spam. A subject channel is not a private conversation with a teacher.
Academic integrity and files
Use discussion to understand the work, not to submit another learner’s answers as your own. Upload only material you may lawfully share. A supported file extension is not a guarantee that a file is safe.
Blocking and reporting
Block a contact to stop direct messages between your accounts. Use Report on a message to send the message and reason to the academy owner. For an urgent issue, also contact the academy directly.
Moderation
The owner may hide reported messages, pause accounts and respond to reports. A report does not automatically establish wrongdoing. Users can contact the academy to ask about a moderation decision.
