Rescheduling a lesson
Use Book & manage times to request another time and explain the change. Your existing booking remains confirmed until the teacher approves a new time. Contact the academy as early as possible if a lesson is imminent.
Cancelling attendance
A group-lesson reservation can be cancelled from Live lessons. To cancel a private tutoring arrangement or discuss a missed session, contact the teacher or academy. Cancelling a reservation does not automatically create or approve a refund.
Teacher changes
Teachers can update a lesson time or cancel a session. Check the current portal status and download an updated calendar invitation after a change. Contact the academy if a replacement arrangement is needed.
Registration payments and refunds
For a registration-payment problem or refund request, contact the academy with the registration email, payment reference and reason. Do not send card details. The academy will review the facts and applicable rights and confirm the outcome. This page does not introduce an automatic cancellation penalty or blanket no-refund rule.
Tutoring fees
Tutoring prices, package validity and any session-cancellation charges must be confirmed directly with the academy before you agree to them. Those prices and package rules have not been added to this website.
